-Sometimes these people can not communicate with others who can speak but they can use non-verbal language.

2 - What are the challenges for people who can't read?

- Often can not read a book or a news but have the possibility to hear these types of text.

3 - What are the challenges for people who can't write?

- They are unable to do a test or writing, or even produce some personal document. In messaging applications they still have the ability to send videos, photos, images and audios, making it easy to communicate with others.

4 - How much can we express without words?

- In my opinion we can not express half the words with non-verbal language. In our day to day we use verbal language a lot and we need it for many occasions.

5 - Is there any disadvantage to verbal communication?

- Yes. Sometimes the person you are going to talk to is mute or does not know how to write, so you are required to use non-verbal language. Verbal language is good but it is not necessary to use it at all times, it is sometimes good to use images, gifs, memes and videos.
