Tips for taking care of your physical and mental health:
* Do physical exercises throughout the week, preferably having a feeling of well being.
* Do activities that exercise your mind like word hunting, puzzles and so on.
* Have a healthy and varied diet.
* Try to have fun with friends who do you good and who cheer you up.
* Have leisure time with your family.
* Well, there are many more things that can be done but at the moment I will talk only about these. See you in the next infographic.
