1-The positive sides are certainly the ease that we have to do something, such as ordering food or paying a bill and the negative sides are that society is becoming a slave to the cell phone, for example, depending on it for everything and this hinders and brings many harms
2-Of course, I think decreasing cell phone use time helps a lot
