In my opinion, it's very subjective if A.I. can make art, because the actual concept of art iis very subjective, according to Google art is the quality, production, expression, or realm, according to aesthetic principles, of what is beautiful, appealing, or of more than ordinary significance, so basically, it can be art to someone if it appeals to if it appeals person, but it cannot be art to someone if it does not appeal to that singularity, so, if the musical was somewhat meaningful to at least one person, yes, it can be considered art.
