1) Why do some people prefer the industrialized alternative?
Because they can usually last longer.
2) What are the possible disadvantages of healthier recipes?
In my opinion they may have differences in flavors and duration.
3) Do people know there are healtier ways to cook?
I think so, but they don't seem to like the idea very much.
4) If people knew healthier to cook, do you think they would eat less industrialized food?
Maybe only people who would like a healthier life, because processed foods are cheaper and faster.
