There are four questions: how?and why? Who does it? And who can stop it? This questions have been discussing by many years, the question is: the deforestation of the Amazon.

Nowadays, averaged 20% of the Amazon's forest zone have been destroyed (FAPESP datas),and, if it reaches 40%, it's gonna be unavailable to recover the amazonic Flora. with the 21's century technology, it's very easier to take the trees down (that's the how).
The deforestation is for harvesting wood, but most importantly, for the construction of farms, who destroyed 17 hectares of the forest (that's the why).
Business men, working with wood are very interested in the Amazon, because there are some unique type of especies inside the jungle, but ibama is fighting them back to try to keep the nature safe (that's who). activities groups are all over the globe to try to stop the push to gather resources from the nature, and even se governments systems just like ibama also help to take care of it doing some campaigns to get money to help'em. That's who can stop it)

The Amazon's deforestation is a very important topic because a big part of our oxigen comes from there, therefore, we can't lose it
